Our Business Development Unit is composed of economists and financial analysts experienced in the preparation and review of feasibility studies for various private and government projects.The Unit is in charge with the formulation of the business models, commencing with traffic forecasting to projecting the financial and economic viability of the Project. Our unique skill set, educational background, and experience in the Government sector provide practical insights in carrying out the assigned tasks, which are all to be undertaken in accordance with Government guidelines. Relative to the above, the Business Development Unit offers the following services, among others:

Financial analysis – revenue and cost projection, calculation of project and equity returns to determine bankability of the Project
